Over the past few years, I have been observing this growing dilemma – or obstacle for church growth rather – in my church as well as churches that I have visited.
We all see the fine lines between generations. Some generations use Snapchat constantly and others that read the newspaper daily. There is nothing wrong with having differences in generational interests.
However, the problem persists when the lines are drawn on either side – particularly in the church – and there becomes a “them” and “us” within the church. This grows into divisiveness which becomes a greater problem and threat to the unity of the church.
Recently, I wrote an article for another blog that deals with this crucial problem and one way we can solve it….and the solution may surprise you. (COFFEE!!!)
Make sure to check out The Church Accords and read some of their other posts! They have great stuff!
